Website Privacy Notice
Effective October 9, 2026
This website is operated by QueueLeads, LLC, a Wyoming, United States company. This notice explains our website, business inquiry, and privacy-request practices, and describes our lead-service relationships. Campaign-specific notices and consent disclosures may also apply when consumer information is collected for a particular service. This notice does not replace those disclosures or describe the independent practices of another business.
Information we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, industry or service, and any optional message you provide. We also record the source page, campaign information included with your visit, IP address, browser information, submission time, and contact-validation results. Network and security services may derive an approximate country from your IP address.
Privacy and legal requests collect the contact information, request type, and details you provide, along with a reference and handling status. Team correspondence and follow-up notes may become part of the associated record. Use our forms only for the information needed to handle your request; do not include Social Security numbers, payment details, medical records, or confidential client files.
In our lead-service work, information may also come from business customers, marketing partners, publishers, and other lead providers. Depending on the campaign, this can include contact details, general location, expressed service interests, qualifying information, and records relating to the source and consent. The collection notice and permissions applicable to the particular campaign remain relevant.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, check contact details, send confirmation and team-notification emails, coordinate follow-up, and protect the form against automated or repeated submissions. Our team may keep follow-up notes associated with an inquiry.
We also use information as appropriate to provide agreed services, manage business relationships, investigate misuse, handle privacy choices and legal requests, maintain suppression and compliance records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Optional website analytics helps us understand visits and completed consultation requests. We do not use the consultation form as an agreement to unrelated promotional messages or automated marketing calls or texts.
Sharing and lead-service relationships
We disclose information to personnel and service providers who support the purposes described here. In our lead-brokerage services, consumer lead information is exchanged with business customers and marketing partners for compensation. Depending on the service, recipients may include advertisers, agencies, service providers, and other lead-generation businesses. These transfers may constitute a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law. A website inquiry and consumer consent for a separate campaign are different records; one does not supply the other's permissions.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and security, or evaluate or complete a business transaction such as a merger or sale, subject to applicable protections. Required disclosures and permissions depend on the information and campaign; a general reference to partners does not replace any legally required identification or consent.
Website service providers
- Our hosting and application infrastructure stores website records and supports security, processing, and operational logs. Cloudflare provides network protection and location-based form controls.
- Postmark processes website email, including confirmation messages and team notifications containing inquiry details. Proton Mail supports our business inbox and correspondence.
- ZeroBounce receives the submitted email address and IP address for email validation when that service is enabled.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and request information when you open the consultation form to help distinguish people from automated submissions.
- Google Analytics measures website visits and completed consultation requests when you accept optional analytics. Our custom consultation event does not include the content you typed into the form.
These services receive information needed for their functions. Google and other providers may also process information under their own policies. Our analytics configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization; it does not send the contents of inquiry fields or URL query strings in our custom events.
Cookies, browser storage, and your choice
The site uses a session cookie and form-security information to process requests. It also saves your theme and analytics preference in your browser. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept; selecting Decline disables optional analytics for the site.
You can reopen the banner using or the same control in the footer. Changing your browser or clearing site data may reset the saved choice. Browser settings can also be used to remove existing cookies and site data.
When your browser exposes an enabled Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we keep optional Google Analytics disabled for that browser, including when an earlier analytics preference was Accept. This browser control does not identify separate consumer records held in a campaign; use the request process below for choices concerning those records. Essential security and request-processing functions remain available.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose and record: inquiries and correspondence are kept as needed to respond and manage the relationship; technical and validation records support security and troubleshooting; campaign and consent records depend on the applicable service, contractual duties, and law; privacy and suppression records help us document and respect requests. Disputes, legal holds, fraud prevention, and other legal requirements may require longer retention. We consider whether the purpose can be met with less information and whether deletion or de-identification is appropriate.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, validation, and other safeguards appropriate to this website. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers, where privacy laws may differ.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct it, request deletion, opt out of its sale or sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or appeal a decision. We will consider requests under applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Use our privacy and legal request form for retention, corrections, deletion requests, access, opt-outs, or other questions. It does not require a business name, industry, US location, or paid email validation, and submitting it does not create a sales lead. Provide enough information to locate the relevant records. An authorized agent may identify the person represented and the request.
We may need proportionate verification before releasing or deleting personal information, or evidence of an agent's authority where permitted. We do not require identity verification merely to submit a sale or sharing opt-out. We will explain any applicable exception or additional step when responding. If you wish to challenge a response, submit a new request identifying it as an appeal.
For inquiry follow-up, you can also reply to a message from our team and ask us to stop. A request may leave a limited suppression or compliance record so we can respect it. Another business may hold its own records and have its own request process.
Audience and notice updates
This business website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us through the privacy request process. We may update this notice by changing the effective date and providing any additional notice or choices required by law.
